Now the iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 are official, it's time to look at how much it's going to cost in different parts of the world. In the UK, the Apple Store has come back up and revealed all we need to know. The top line is that the iPad Air 2 will start at £399 and the iPad mini 3 begins at £319.
The iPad mini 3 will cost £319, £399 and £479 for the 16GB, 64GB and 128GB models respectively. If you want an LTE model then add £100 to each price.
The iPad Air 2 is naturally a little more expensive coming in at £399, £479 and £559. Again, adding £100 to each of those prices adds LTE into the mix.
As with the U.S., pre-orders for the new iPads go live tomorrow, October 17, and all we know at this point is that they'll be shipping next week. No doubts the UK carriers and other retailers will be getting in on the action, and we'll be back with a complete round up of the where and when as we have it.
