Microsoft releases new Outlook for Mac

Microsoft has released the latest version Outlook for Mac, complete with a new design that's ready for OS X Yosemite. The new Outlook has several performance and speed improvements and new features, including faster email downloads and Exchange Web Services syncing.

Microsoft says that the new user interface offers users more agility when switching between Ribbon tabs. Scolling has also been improved. There is now also support for online archive for searching Exchange archived mail. Outlook has also received Office 365 push email support for real-time delivery. Outlook also supports Master Category Lists and better syncing enhancements across Mac, Windows, and Outlook Web App clients.
