Apple was proud to announce at today's Mac and iPad event that they've sold 225 million iPads over the four years they've been available. These numbers blow away anything Apple has done for any of their other products, and continues to beat the top 4 PC makers over the last year's worth of sales. We've got 675,000 apps tailor-made for iPad now, and it ranks number one in many categories, including 100% customer satisfaction for the iPad mini retina.
Those are some impressive numbers, but certainly not surprising. We all know how awesome the iPad is.
The Mac and iPad event is ongoing, and the iPad Air 2 was just announced.
