Hyper-local forecast app Dark Sky has been updated to version 4.2 with support for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus and a widget for the Notification Center. There are other improvements as well, including more detailed maps.
The Notification Center widget will show you a quick glance at the weather for the next hour. You can also open Dark Sky from the widget by pressing the button that appears under the forecast. When adding widgets, select the one named Next Hour Forecast.
The maps in Dark Sky are now more detailed. You can now zoom in on your neighborhood, with roads and highways clearly marked. The graphics for the current condition, such as the dew point and air pressure, have been updated with an emphasis on clarity.
