Apple has added the ability to upload photos to the iCloud Photo Library through iCloud.com. While this ability was added to the iCloud beta website a couple weeks ago, website uploads are now available for anyone using the iCloud Photo Library beta on their iOS device.
iCloud Photo Library arrived alongside iOS 8.1 in October. It allows you to upload photos and videos from your iOS devices, using your iCloud storage to hold as much as possible.
