Apple reportedly working on electric car project in Sunnyvale, CA

Apple is reportedly working on their "Titan" electric car project in facility in Sunnyvale, California.

Apple has had a presence in Sunnyvale for some time, renting out 215,000 square feet of office space there in 2012. Pointing to the possible presence of "Titan" in the area, a number of auto-related renovations have been made to the campus from which Apple rents space, according to AppleInsider:

It is unclear if this secondary campus is ground zero for "Titan." But AppleInsider can confirm that Apple does indeed have a large presence at the location, and that numerous automotive-related renovations, including an "auto work area" and a "repair garage," have been constructed on the premises.

Right now, a lot of Apple teams already work in Sunnyvale, including their lawyers. It's also unlikely that their entire car team would work out of that facility, given that it's said to be made up of several hundred people. But if we were building an electric car, Sunnyvale sure would be a cool place to do it.
