Apple reminds us Apple Watch will be available in London, Paris, Tokyo department stores

Apple has posted a reminder on the company website that, come April 10, Apple Watch will also be available at special stores-within-stores in Tokyo, London and Paris.

This follows up the original press release announcement from March 9 of the Apple Watch appearing at Selfridges in London, Galeries Lafayette in Paris and Isetan in Tokyo on April 10, the same day try-ons go live at Apple Retail Stores. All Apple Watch collections should be available at the locations, along with specifically trained staff to assist customers in getting just exactly the watch they want.

Again, none of this is new or changed information, it's just part of the ongoing marketing blitz aimed at sustaining and increasing interest in the Apple Watch leading up to launch.

Beyond Apple Watch, the stores-within-stores will be limited in services offered, as the website notes that should you require a Genius for product support, you'll need to head to a local Apple Store. While the stores are expected to open on April 10, the Apple Watch will not be available to take home until April 24.

Here are Apple's highlight pages for the department store locations:
