A newly posted video showing drone-based footage of the Apple "spaceship" Campus 2 construction shows its progress very clearly, with parts of the building rising from the ground.
The video was posted by 9to5Mac reader Brandon Elwood, who recorded the new footage in 4K resolution. It mostly shows shots taken outside the Campus 2 limits in Cupertino, California, but there is a few seconds of footage that are taken from right over the parts of the building that are coming up from the construction site.
Be aware that this is not an officially sanctioned video from Apple but rather from a interested fan. Campus 2 began construction in mid-2014 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2016. It will be the work space for 12,000 employees inside over 2.8 million square feet.
