Microsoft has today released an update for Excel, PowerPoint and Word on iPhone and iPad. Version 1.6 introduces iCloud synchronisation support, as well as implementing some minor bug fixes.
The company now enables users to open, edit and save documents using iCloud storage over Microsoft's own OneDrive solution. More choice benefits those who don't necessarily rely on Microsoft's cloud storage platform.
